Solution:

  1. Delete cache (Bibliotek/cache/delete Microsoft and outlook related files).
  2. If above does not work then Log out from Share pointe and one drive from Word, ppt. 
  3. If Above two works then don't apply step 4 and 5. 
  4. Clear key chain related to Outlook or exchange(Only if above steps does not solve the issue).
  5. Delete plist files in preference if above does not work (Plist filer i preferences keeps setting for outlook, word, excel, so change can occur in fonts etc)
